3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on dbe33 is ৳300 (per payment method). Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. To make a withdrawal, the user's account must be verified and any bonus wagering requirements must be met.

Withdrawals will be sent to the same account used for the deposit. Transfers to a different account are not possible.

3.3 Transaction Responsibility

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 200% bonus is available on the first deposit at dbe33, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. Depositing ৳10,000 gives the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳18,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x — meaning winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn after wagering 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = the bonus becomes withdrawable after ৳20,000 in wagers.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

A bonus can only be claimed once per account.
Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts will result in cancellation of all accounts and bonuses.
If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time limit, the bonus may be cancelled.

5 VIP Program & Rewards

dbe33 operates a five-tier VIP program — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier comes with weekly cashback benefits:

Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

It is possible to advance to higher tiers through regular play. VIP cashback is generally credited to the account at a set time each week. dbe33 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited while using the dbe33 platform:

Attempting to obtain bonuses or rewards through fraudulent means.
Using bots, automated software, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
Stealing or using another user's information.
Attempting to weaken the platform's security systems.
Operating multiple accounts for the same individual.
Operating an account under another person's identity.

If such activities are detected, the relevant account will be permanently cancelled and the balance may be forfeited.

If a game is left incomplete due to a server error or internet disconnection, the game data is stored on the server and the result will be displayed upon reconnection. If data recovery is not possible, the wagered amount may be refunded.
